Your premium winter gear is on its way. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly.
We partner directly with Finland's top outdoor brands — Luhta, Halti and more — to give you authenticated surplus winter clothing at 40–60% off retail. Good for you, good for the planet.
Every spring, premium outdoor brands are left holding 20–30% of their winter inventory — quality garments that get liquidated, donated, or destroyed. We built a better way. Vivify is the direct-to-consumer bridge between surplus stock and shoppers who deserve premium gear at fair prices.
The fashion and outdoor industry wastes billions of euros of perfectly good clothing each year. Brands overproduce to meet uncertain demand, then scramble to offload unsold stock at rock-bottom prices through liquidators who care nothing for brand reputation.
Vivify changes that equation. We partner with brands as a trusted digital outlet — listing, marketing, selling, and reporting. The brand keeps a revenue share. The consumer gets quality. The planet gets a small win.
We work B2B with Finnish and European outdoor brands — Luhta, Halti, Icepeak and more — taking their authenticated end-of-season surplus on a zero-upfront-cost, revenue-share basis. Brands get liquidity, not liquidation.
Shoppers get a curated, premium online store with verified brand goods at 40–60% off. Every listing includes condition grading, size availability, and provenance. No mystery pallets. No trust gaps. Just real brands at real prices.
Every sale we make is a garment that doesn't get landfilled or incinerated. We generate automatic ESG reporting for our brand partners — CO₂ saved, items diverted from waste, circular fashion KPIs — turning surplus into a sustainability story.
Vivify manages everything post-partnership: photography, product listing, SEO, payments, fulfilment, and customer service. Brand partners upload their inventory and collect their cheque. That's it.
Instead of selling inventory at 10–20 cents on the euro, our brand partners earn 20–30% of every sale price. On a €200 jacket sold at €90, the brand earns €18–27 — versus €20–30 total from a liquidator. Plus their name stays respected.
We never mix brands, discount recklessly, or list items that undermine the full-price market. Our pricing floors and channel separation are agreed contractually. We're an extension of the brand's outlet strategy — not a threat to it.
We didn't add "sustainability" as a marketing layer — the entire business model only works if goods circulate instead of waste. Every sale is proof of concept.
We started at Aalto University in Helsinki. Our focus on Finnish and Scandinavian outdoor brands is authentic — these are garments built for real winters, not aesthetics.
We refuse the zero-sum framing of "discount vs. brand equity." Our model is designed so brands come out ahead — financially and reputationally — every time they partner with us.
Every item lists its original RRP, the discount, the brand source, and condition. Consumers know exactly what they're getting. No dark patterns, no mystery "deals."
Surplus clothing has a clock on it. We move fast to get inventory listed, sold, and shipped — maximising recovery value before next season's stock arrives.
We're a team from Aalto's entrepreneurship program. We're young but we're not playing — the market gap is real, the model is validated, and we're building to last.
